Where: Virtual
When: At your convenience
Presented by: Keystrike

You’ll be meeting with Dr. Ymir Vigfusson, Professor of Computer Science at Emory University, who will share his latest research on the real-world techniques APT groups are using today. Together, we will compare these attack patterns with the most recent guidance from NIST, CISA, and the EPA and examine why current best practices are falling short against evolving adversaries.

This session is not a one-way or sales presentation — you will be encouraged to share your own experiences, challenges, and perspectives as we:

  • Discuss comprehensive data on the most common APT methods for breaching critical infrastructure systems.
  • Analyze the assumption flaws that enable attackers to bypass identity controls such as MFA and PAM.
  • Collaborate on identifying the earliest points of detection and disruption, so you can more effectively defend your organization before attackers cause damage.

Bring your questions and insights — this is your opportunity for a focused, executive-level, 45-minute dialogue tailored to the realities of defending critical infrastructure today.

In order to qualify, guests must be pre-approved by Keystrike executive team, be a cybersecurity professional or in a IT leadership position who are responsible for security decision making at their company, attend scheduled in-person meeting at Black Hat conference, and not be prospective or current partner.
